Did you know that OT’s address self-care skills in children?
Motor milestones are given a lot of attention, but sometimes the self-care milestones are missed. Here is some guidance on what skills should be accomplished at what age.

Occupational Therapy can help kids learn these skills and address underlying issues that may be holding them back including strength, fine motor skills, cognitive sequencing and calming their bodies in order to attend to tasks. If you have concerns, please reach out for an OT eval today.
