It's a brand new month! That means FRESH NEW GOALS to kick off March and the start of the spring season!
This month, instead of asking myself "what should I do?", I'm framing my goals around the idea of "who am I becoming this month?".
In March, I WILL...
- bring 4 new women into my Fun Size Fitness community and help them find their strength and feel better in their skin/day to day lives
- finish my gut education certification
- try out a new networking group this month and meet more people
- meetup with friends I haven't seen recently
- go on at least one intentional Jesus hike
- have a mommy/daughter date with Kennedy
- remind myself DAILY to GIVE MYSELF GRACE
Overall, the theme for the month for myself all centers around growth in business, mind, and body as we start spring and see the Earth start growing and renewing too.

please please PLEASE remember to make sure whatever supplements you are choosing to use are THIRD PARTY TESTED.

Why is this important/what does it mean?
If any supplement that you're taking isn't third party tested, that means that it can claim ANYTHING on the label without their claims necessarily needing to be true.
for example?

A company could claim that their hydration supplement doesn't have sugar or artificial flavors when, indeed, it does.

Or a protein shake could claim to have a certain percentage of specific vitamins or amount of protein when it may or may not have that amount.
Third party testing ensures that what a supplement SAYS on the label and what it actually INCLUDES (or doesn't) is factual.
This is a HUGE reason I was a huge fan of switching to Hugh and Grace's supplements. Not only do I love that they combine a TON of benefits into each individual supplement so you actually can buy LESS, but they are all third party tested as well.

This weekend I've had the blessing and privilege of being to attend this incredible camp.
Normally, I would leave a weekend like this completely drained and exhausted.
700 kids, camp food, and just the GO GO GO of a couple of busy days will definitely do that to you!
This year? This is the first year in 5 years of helping with this event that I'm not feeling like I need to recover in my bed for days post event.
But this year? My gut is in a much healthier place and I MADE DANG SURE that I kept up with my hydrate and detox throughout the weekend.
Not a coincidence, but intentional.
And it's small moments of better quality of life and reminders like this that I'm so thankful I have made the changes I have and that I have the resources I do.
