3 Reasons to Take Care of Mom First! 🙌🏼 It’s so easy to put everyone else first. Work yourself to the bone so everyone’s taken care of first, right? Maybe that’s not best. (Really not 😕)
And it’s hard to switch priorities; it’s weird putting yourself first.
But it’s not selfish. I’m NOT saying out yourself first ALL the time.

If you want your children to engage in self care, do it for you.
If you want your kids to set good boundaries with their energy, do it for you.
If you want your kids to be kind to themselves, do it for yourself, too.

Why? Because kiddos see, kiddos do.

WAIT… We Need How Much Protein??? 🤔😳

I get this question all the time. People are absolutely blown away with how much protein their body needs in order to function optimally. (0.75-1.0g of protein per lbs of body weight)

So many of us have been given bad advice on how to lose weight. It’s still hard, don’t get me wrong, (anything worthwhile is difficult), but it’s so much easier when you have the proper fuel to do the job right and it starts with protein.
