Calling all bad knees!! Struggling with “bone on bone” knee issues but still able to walk around and not wuite ready for surgery?

I am looking for patients living on the island to try out my red light therapy device which is meant to regrow stem cells and help body repair the cartilage.

I have used it in SC with pretty amazing results on inflammation and repair.

Must be willing to come in for 4 months, 3 x a week for a 1/2 hr (discounted to $20 ea session paid upfront or $75 paid as you go (or more often for fewer weeks (you will need 42 treatments to be effective)

Can not have had surgery yet but possibly a candidate for surgery or considering but willing to try alternative. If you have xrays or MRI reports, must bring with you to qualify for discount.

The Little Healing Room was a dream I had many years ago …to offer Alternative Health Care and Wellness services to the island which would include Massage, Acupuncture and NeuroMuscular Therapy, a Hair and Nail Salon, and Esthetics Services (skin care/facials)

This year, Megan and Kael stepped up big time and committed themselves to open their own business MK Salon offering hair/nail services which solidified a big part of my dream for the island.

Now, we are soooo excited to welcome Haley Hamilton as our newest team member for our summer Wellness Center on Kelleys Island.

Haley is a licensed Esthetician skin care therapist for all your facial and skin care needs.

I am asking island support for Haley in her new venture and embrace her as you have the salon services.

It is what so many of you have been asking for over the years and even though I went back to school to get my Esthetician’s license to make my dream more complete, I stay pretty busy with my therapy patients and am not able to devote much time to skin care other than anti-aging micro-needling right now.

I am still in search of another talented therapist who would complete our team and take over some of my duties so I can do some teaching. I think it is time to pass on all I have learned to help others in the field.

Insomnia? Look up!!!

Here’s another tip on sleep… If you look at the morning sky and look at the sky throughout the day and then watch the sunset, that also helps melatonin.

You observe that a lot in nature for example when the birds line up to watch the sunset, but the sunrise along with the color changes of the sky throughout the day filters through your eyes and also helps with sleep and melatonin balance.
