Today, our hearts are with our first responders.
We are devastated by the tragic events on Canfield Mountain. Two firefighters lost their lives, and another is fighting to recover, all while doing what they do best: showing up to protect this community.

To every firefighter, paramedic, police officer, and emergency responder, we see you, we honor you, and we stand with you. Your courage does not go unnoticed.
To the families and loved ones impacted, our entire Heritage Health team is holding you close in our hearts.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month.

Trends in Youth Mental Health
Data from the U.S. and other developed countries show a marked uptick in mental health issues among adolescents starting around 2010. This period aligns with the rapid increase in smartphone ownership and social media use among teens.

While screen time is an integral part of modern life, excessive use can negatively impact the mental health of children and adolescents.

Balancing screen use with offline activities, ensuring quality content, and maintaining parental oversight are key strategies to mitigate these risks.
