Shoshone Medical Center Shoshone Medical Center is a 25-bed, acute care hospital in Kellogg, Idaho providing critical access healthcare to the entire Silver Valley region.

We also operate SMC Health and Wellness Clinic & Rehabilitation Center in Smelterville. SMC offers many inpatient and outpatient services including: Emergency care, post-acute rehabilitation, physical, occupational and speech therapy, respiratory therapy, on-site laboratory testing, diagnostic radiology, ultrasound, 3D Mammography, DXA, wound care, lymphedema management, upper and lower endoscopy, infusion and transfusion services.
