📢 IMPORTANT USDA COMMODITIES PICK-UP INFORMATION – TUESDAY 12/16 8am-2pm

To help traffic flow safely and ensure a smooth distribution, all participants must start at the 7th Avenue Fairgrounds parking lot (grass area) to receive a number.

➡️ Step 1: Arrive at the 7th Ave Fairgrounds parking lot (grass area where Farmers Market is held)
➡️ Step 2: Receive a number
➡️ Step 3: As space becomes available, vehicles will be routed to CAP to pick up food boxes

🚨 Important:
Anyone who does not start at the 7th Ave Fairgrounds parking lot will not receive a number and will not receive a food box.

WALK-UPS: Walk-ups may come directly to CAP to receive a number, but those numbers are issued in the same sequence as the numbers being given to vehicles at 7th Ave. For example, if the last number for a car at the fairgrounds is #52, the next walk-up at CAP would receive #53 and be served in that order.
This is to ensure fairness and to prevent people from parking and walking up to bypass the vehicle line.

This process helps us keep everyone safe and allows staff and volunteers to serve households as efficiently as possible. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
