A gentle Sound flow Yoga Session to practice mind-body awareness

An infrared-heated Power Yoga flow to recognize and build your resilience and inner strength

Week III: Grounded n Ready
A Yin-Sound Flow Yoga and Breathwork practice intended tap into the ease of flow and meditation

Week VI: Restore Your Radiance
A Restorative Yoga and Sound session designed intended to allow new energies to flow in and through your body and mind
