This has been us. Looking to hire people this winter so we can actually do the work needed to support this community. Y’all have asked for help and we are doing it, just slowly and with a limp. Who wants a job?!

⚠️SIGNS YOUR ADHD IS HEADING INTO BURNOUT MODE ⚠️

Sometimes, our brains send us signals that it’s time to slow down and prioritize self-care. 💙

Remember: it’s okay to rest, recharge, and ask for support when you need it. Your mental well-being matters. 🧠💪

Here are some common signs of ADHD burnout:

-Feeling Emotionally Numb or Detached
-Increased Emotional Sensitivity
-Heightened Irritability
-Feeling Shame and Guilt About Not Doing Enough
-Feeling Exhausted Despite Resting
-Neglecting Self-Care and Personal Hygiene
-Withdrawal from Social Connections
-Losing Interest in the Stuff You Normally Enjoy
-Decision Paralysis: Feeling Stuck and Overwhelmed by Even the -Smallest Choices
