Our next childbirth class is coming up, and we’re excited to share that it is now free for all participants.

This hands-on class, led by our experienced nursing team, covers what to expect during labor and delivery and helps parents and caregivers feel more confident and prepared for baby’s arrival.

Join us tomorrow, Thursday, April 16, from 1–3 p.m. at the Pink Hill Public Library for a fun and educational wellness event. We’ll be bringing our inflatable colon to help adults learn more about colon health and the importance of screenings.

While you’re there, take advantage of free adult wellness screenings, including: body mass index, blood pressure, glucose and cholesterol.

Participants will receive on-the-spot results and health coaching from team members — we hope to see you there!
