Long post guys, but I want to be detailed for everyone!
March of this year is 6 years that we have been in business🥳! We have jumped through many loopholes and over lots of hurdles in order to keep the business going, growing, strong and versatile! The main thing that we really love that we offer, that most others do not, is the ability to order our products online with free shipping! However, for the last year, for some reason things have been coming down on us hard! We have went through numerous merchants to try to make sure we can continue to take your card payments online and we’ve even went through a couple different websites to try to also work through a solution that way. However, we were unsuccessful with those. We currently have someone working on a new website/payment option as we speak. Please continue to be patient with us and understand that this is all completely out of our hands! Even though our products are federally legal in all 50 states per the 2018 Farm bill act, big Companies do not like to work with cannabis businesses in general…This is including website companies and merchant companies! They view cannabis businesses as a high liability. Therefore, it’s easier for them to just not work with us instead of giving us a chance! This industry is a very complex industry to be a part of and takes a lot of grit and grace. I appreciate everyone’s kind words and emails and suggestions and we are going to continue to work diligently to make sure that we have the tools needed for you guys to get our products that you Love! We did also get a new Internet provider which was definitely needed, but the downside to that is that we no longer have the phone line. For my loyal customers, I will give you my personal cell number so you can contact me that way if needed as well! In the meantime, for all orders, please email or message us on social media with your order needs and we will respond with your total and can send a request for a payment via Venmo or Apple Pay. If you do not have Venmo or Apple Pay, we can call you during business hours and take your payment information over the phone.
