It's been a Wizard of Oz week here at Kenedy Health & Rehab. Today we celebrated our August resident birthdays with an Emerald City Birthday Bash. They walked our decorated halls before heading down to the party. We have front lobby & Nurses station as Munchkin Land, A hall as The Haunted Forest, B hall as Munchkin Lane, C hall as Yellow Brick Road, Dayroom as The Poppy Field & our dining room as Emerald City! Most of the goodies were green! Green punch, 7-up, cucumbers, green apples, green grapes, pickles, pickled okra, lime chips, guacamole, caramel green apple candy, broccoli and veggies chips! Huge THANK YOU to Remarkable Hospice for bringing our guys the delicious cake!
