Our therapy team strives to ensure you are safely navigating within your home environment, and helps to improve and maintain your strength and functioning for independance with activities of daily living. Kaiser Home Health's clinicians alert your Physician to early signs or symptoms of complications. Our Nurses and our Speech, Physical and Occupational Therapists guide you, a member of your family, or a friend how to improve your strength, mobility and safety, as well as how to manage your health, sharing with you important information about your medications, diet, and your disease process.
