“Let freedom ride… even if it’s on a dragon.” 🐉🗽✨

I wandered into this little magic garden yesterday and had to pause. The Statue of Liberty standing tall. Uncle Sam riding a dragon with flags blazing. It felt like a message.

This Fourth of July, let this be your reminder:
Freedom isn’t something you’re just given it’s something you live.

We don’t win by playing small.
We don’t win by staying silent or afraid.
We win by living out loud, loving hard, resting deeply, speaking truth, and refusing to shrink.

Especially right now when it feels like our bodies, rights, and choices are under pressure every act of joy, healing, and courage matters.

So wave your weird little flag.
Take the nap.
Start the business.
Say what needs to be said.
Touch the people you love.
And take care of your body like the sacred home it is.

A Note from My Heart to Yours

Lately, like many of you, I’ve been feeling the weight of the world — the tension, the division, the heartbreak in the air. Watching what’s unfolding in our country can leave us feeling overwhelmed, angry, or even ashamed.

I want you to know: I feel it too.
And still… I choose joy. Whenever and however I can.

Not because I’m ignoring what’s happening but because I believe joy is resistance. Joy is medicine. Joy is how we remember the truth of who we are, even when the world forgets.

In this space, my massage room, we reclaim that joy together.
We soften.
We unravel.
We reconnect — not just to our bodies, but to our hope.

I will continue to hold this space with intention, with integrity, and with love — because in a world that sometimes feels unrecognizable, safe spaces like this matter more than ever.
