Join us for a peaceful morning outdoors on Saturday, March 21 at 10:30 am for our Spring Equinox Walking Meditation Hike—a chance to slow down, connect with nature, and reconnect with yourself.

This approximately 4.5-mile hike begins and ends at Fearvana Yoga and follows an easy, mostly flat route.

We’ll start the walk in silence, practicing the art of walking meditation—bringing awareness to each step, breath, and moment. You’ll be guided in how to approach the practice before we begin, so no experience is necessary.

Midway through the hike, we’ll pause in a clearing to rest, enjoy water or snacks (and a bit of conversation), and take part in a 20-minute Stretch Flow before making our way back to the studio.

Details to know:

➡️Friendly dogs on leash are welcome
➡️Please bring water and wear comfortable walking shoes
➡️Snacks are optional
➡️You may bring a mat or towel for the Stretch Flow
➡️We strongly encourage leaving phones, headphones, and distractions behind to fully experience the walk

The hike will last approximately 2 hours. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early, as we will begin promptly at 10:30 am. Restrooms will be available at the studio before we depart.

Feeling tight, knotted up, or restricted in your movement? Our Deep Tissue Release Body Rolling class is back for March and ready to help you feel more spacious, mobile, and at ease in your body.

Join us on Friday, March 6 at 7:00 pm for this monthly specialty class dedicated to releasing deep muscle tension and stubborn knots. Using foam rollers, acupressure balls, soft golf balls, and sandbags, we’ll explore how to safely and effectively roll both major and minor muscle groups to free up tight fascia and improve overall mobility.

You’ll learn how to maneuver through different postures—sometimes with gentle movement, sometimes with stillness—to access deeper layers of muscle tissue. This class is equal parts educational and therapeutic, giving you tools you can take with you and practice at home, at work, or while traveling.

Many students return month after month to keep breaking up hardened fascia and maintain healthier, more resilient muscles.

Wolf Flow is the pinnacle of the Fearvana Yoga journey- an advanced yoga class that challenges you.

In 60 minutes, we’ll invite you to challenge your mind and your body to the max and discover what happens when strength + flexibility work at their peak within you.

We start with a rigorous Sun Salutation warm-up to build strength and power, followed by deep stretching to build flexibility, and then followed by deep step-by-step work with 3-4 apex poses that invite you to play along your comfort edges and achieve what you never believed was possible for you.

Finish this practice with a seated savasana. Walk out regal and elated, knowing you can do ANYTHING on or off the mat. Power on, Fearchasers!

Join us Saturday, February 14 at 8 am for Yoga Body Balls, a one-hour class that uses a standard 26–27 inch yoga ball to challenge your body through instability, precision, and mindful movement.

By responding to the size, weight, and movement of the ball, your muscles are asked to work differently—helping you become stronger, more balanced, and more aware of how your body moves.

This class offers a moderately intense, full-body experience with a strong focus on arm, shoulder, back, and core strength, while also improving overall balance and coordination.

We’ll move intentionally, emphasizing quality of movement over speed, and close with a relaxing cooldown that targets back and shoulder flexibility—so you leave feeling both worked and restored.
