Christa here! When I envision Greece, I see jaw-dropping ancient ruins, clear blue waters, and a kaleidoscope of wonder in the myths and legends, culture, food, and its delightful people.
When my dear friend and mentor, Triccia Ramos, asked me to be the resident yoga instructor for this retreat, my brain glitched for a moment.
This Greece Retreat in June 2026 is an experience on sailboats. For me, that feels meaningful because boats represent passage and exploration into the unknown. It symbolizes a journey across the sea of life, moving through calm waters and the occasional storm.
As retreats go, being surrounded by water, sky, beautiful terrain, and nature for several days has a way of bringing us back to what truly matters. Can we literally go with the flow? I can’t imagine a better place to practice than the Aegean Sea.
From June 20–27, we’ll island-hop as a flotilla, a small collection of sailboats traveling together, visiting 3–4 islands tucked away from the tourist crowds. The exact islands will be chosen once we arrive, based on weather patterns. Possibilities include Aegina, Poros, Hydra, Epidaurus, Astros, Kythnos, Sifnos, and Serifos.
Along the way, there will be private chefs and hosts on each boat, and excursions such as hiking, paddle boarding, and snorkeling, dinners at handpicked authentic Greek restaurants on each island, yoga in a different location every day with me, and powerful playshops with Triccia to support a meaningful inward journey.
If you’re curious and want to understand how the retreat works, what sailing life is like, the accommodations, and what a typical day might look like, watch the recording of our information session. It answers many questions and gives you a much clearer sense of the experience. DM us to watch!
If something in you lights up when you read about this journey, I encourage you to explore the info session recording and see if this adventure might be calling your name.
