Lymphedema is a chronic disease.
It can be hereditary, or after surgery, trauma, radiation, or through a mosquito bite.

This disease results in swelling one, or more parts of the body, usually limbs, but can affect the face, neck, and ge****ls

Sometimes a person has lymphedema and doesn't know.
Many times this person is treated with "water pills".

I found this Lacrosse ball at my gym and I used it to roll on my shoulders, glutes,back and hips on the wall.
It was the best ball I rolled on my body. It's hard , but very good.
It looks like a Deep Tissue massage on my knots and tight muscles. It's excellent to piriforms.
