This is a 75 minute non-heated class. All levels welcome!
This class emphasizes mindful awareness of posture and structural alignment. We’ll explore how small refinements in shape can enhance accessibility, strength, and ease across your practice. Using props, wall support, and partner work, you’ll learn to cultivate postures that are both supportive and energetically optimal. Mindful alignment of the body informs alignment of the heart and how you show up on and off the mat.
