Laura Howell, Certified Nursing Assistant, has been named our Core Value Leader of the Month for April—and if you’ve ever had the chance to work alongside her, it’s easy to see why. From the way she connects with residents to the steady support she offers her teammates, Laura shows up each day with compassion, kindness, and a genuine love for what she does.

We’re proud to celebrate Dorothy Blake on her well-earned promotion to Dining Services Coordinator!

Since joining our team in 2010 as a CNA, Dorothy has grown through the years with dedication and heart. From becoming Central Supply and Medical Records Manager in 2015 to stepping in wherever she’s needed—whether as a nursing staff scheduler or supporting dining services—she truly embodies what it means to be a team player.
