A huge piece of my heart resides in this area. I love Vermont. Seva in yoga means selfless service. This is good for the mind and soul. Please practice some compassion in action and make a donation to help those in the Northeast Kingdom.

Our goal is to raise $50,000 with every dollar going directly to flood relief grants for NEK residents impacted by this event.
