HULA HOOPING CARDIO CLASS BOOKING IS LIVE!!!! Only eight spots available, so book now!!!

Join in the fun and see what all the HOOPla is about! Sign up for one or both of our classes Friday September 27th at Stretchme Kennebunkia will be hosting an all levels class StretchME Kennebunk, ME. Pre-register to secure a spot with limited spaces available.

After 15 years of hula hooping Alexandria is excited to teach another group of people ready to learn a few tricks or build on what you already know. She will have hoops for sale at the studio and hoops will be provided for class.

Please send your favorite song to alexandriamichelelmt@gmail.com so she can compile an awesome music playlist for class.

Cost: 15$ a class (feel free to book for BOTH back to back classes)

This ninety minute session occurs in our low sensory room and utilizes tissue movement as a light pressure technique focused on soft tissue issues, such as healed injuries and chronic pain. Our Stretch Therapist will apply sustained pressure movements to target the inner layers of the muscles and connective tissues, while the client relaxes. This helps to relieve tension in scar tissue, decrease tension, relieve stress, and increase blood flow while loosening problem areas.
