Not today nor has the winter time ever caused sickness, let's be foreal, they have people who live in igloo! The lymphatic system moves slower in the cold, which means your body needs a lot of soups and smaller meals. Here's why you get sick, Halloween-SUGAR, the body can't handle sugar at all ESPECIALLY when your body is slow to remove toxins. Thanksgiving, the over consumption of food, plate after plate. We eat Hella buffets and wonder why your body is tore up with disease, it thinks it's a trash can. Then Christmas and New years. This is why it's easier to get sick. It's you not the season! We practice gluttony and we pay for it. Build up the immune system, with lots of sweating and whole foods.
