Physical Therapy: build your strength, endurance, balance, and physical skills so you can walk and complete all the tasks you want to do in your home and community. Occupational Therapy: focus on your daily functional tasks such as bathing, dressing, cleaning, cooking and more so you can maintain your independence in and out of your home. Speech Therapy: make sure you can express yourself through language and understand communication, especially if cognition is a challenge. Also ensure your swallowing is working well, with no coughing or choking. Our therapists come to your home to complete the evaluation, openly discuss the findings with you and your family and create a treatment plan that works best for you. Then, you can work with your therapist one-on-one to achieve your goals!
