🧠✨ Struggling to quiet your mind during meditation? You’re not alone, my friend. Even the most seasoned meditators get distracted sometimes. The key is to gently return to the breath—again and again—with kindness and patience 💞

Here’s a simple practice you can try:
1️⃣ Focus on your breath or a calming mantra
2️⃣ When thoughts arise (because they will!), notice them and return to your anchor 💨
3️⃣ Repeat gently, without judgment 💗

Taking a moment to simply be—resting on my balcony 🌿, feeling the breeze 🌬️, soaking in stillness, and reconnecting with myself before heading back to the office to see my next client 💼.

As a psychotherapist, I hold space for others all day 💖. But I’ve learned the importance of holding space for myself too. This pause—this breath—is sacred 🙏🏾.

Oh, I wish it worked that way! 🧠💭 Truth is, your thoughts will still show up (uninvited as always), but in meditation, we learn to change how we relate to them. Kind of like that one nosy neighbor—you don’t have to invite them in for coffee, just let them pass by! ☕🚪
