At Active Life Chiropractic, we focus on “neuro-spinal correction” of the spine, with our primary concern the relationship between the spine and the nervous system. By correcting any dysfunction (vertebral subluxation), it can allow the nervous system to regulate, coordinate, and heal the body as intended. This weekend was one to remember — a bucket-list 10k, lots of much-needed laughs, and so many great memories. There were 38,000 runners, incredible crowd support, and a two-mile bridge to conquer. Charleston is such a cool city!

Geez, and I thought my racing days were behind me. But maybe that fire has been lit again? 🔥
