Mindful Life Journey Promoting positive self- growth and mental health coping tricks Hello. My name is Malori Frey. I am the creator and author of Mindful Life Journey. Malori Frey

I am currently an MFA candidate in the New Media Journalism program at Full Sail University. In fact, this site was originally made for a school assignment, but that’s not the sole purpose of it. I am a Mental Health Advocate, that also struggles with my own mental health issues. The mental illnesses that I struggle with are:
Bipolar Depression
Anxiety (social, crowds… you name it, it makes me anxious)
PTSD
ADD
The few that I have struggled with the longest are: ADD, Bipolar Depression, and Anxiety. I was diagnosed with ADD when I was 6, and the other two came around the age of 13. They have led to me having some serious problems in my teen years. However, I’d like to think I have my inner demons on a tight leash now that I’m in 24 and have many years to reflect over them. When I almost 15, I had a traumatic event happen in front of my face, leading to my diagnosis of PTSD. This one I will talk more about in a blog post under the “Author’s Personal” category. I chose Mental Health as my focus, or niche if you will, because writing through my emotions is what got me this far, and if I can help others with their mentality too, then it is worth it to me to be vulnerable and completely authentic with my viewers. Fun facts:
I am currently engaged to my best friend, Mitchell. We are getting married 7/19/2025! We have 5 fur babies together. 2 dogs, 2 cats, and 1 rat. My biggest goal in life is to be a New York Times Best Selling Author. My biggest dream in life is to be a mother of 3 or 4 healthy babies. My biggest regret is not following my heart and passion sooner… Writing.
