Craft & Chat was a little retreat from the mom chaos—laughs, real talk, and the kind of crafting we never make time for. 💕 Bonus: we supported .birchtree, a beautiful local bookstore too! 📚

Did you know we offer a Let's Retreat postpartum series? A 4-week support and education series for new moms.

This nurturing series offers guidance, community, and practical education for both mom and baby during the early weeks of postpartum. Recommended for moms and babies 0-6months. Each session blends conversation, gentle connection, and supportive insight from a maternal health Occupational Therapist who understands the emotional and physical journey of new motherhood.
