After the flood, God promised continuity. Creation would continue according to His design. Growth would come through seasons, not constant ease.

John’s final vision centers on a source. Life flows from God, clear and sufficient, not manufactured by human effort but received from His throne.

Biblical health begins here. When we draw from what God provides rather than chasing substitutes, vitality increases. What flows from the true source sustains. What is disconnected eventually drains.

Life is received before it is managed.
