When the pain in your neck…is actually caused by a “pain in the neck” aka job stress, reluctance to ask for support, and/or other mental obstacles.

I love chiropractic and adjusting…AND I also reallllly love using NET in my office with patients. When I first discovered NET I knew I had to learn this technique. It lit a fire back in me when I had become stagnant in practice and made me a better, more well-rounded practitioner. And I’m grateful, everyday, that it found me!

NET is a mind/body technique designed to help identify and release “stuck” emotional stress patterns that may be affecting physical health, behaviors, or stress responses. We use gentle muscle testing to detect a stress pattern- the feeling that comes up that dictates your response without even thinking about it first. Then guide you through recalling certain events, feelings, or emotional perceptions while checking for stress reactions in the nervous system. We then release the stuck emotion(s) and clear the stress patterns. So you can respond to challenges free from those triggers.

✨Before and After✨

Love when I remember to take pre-session and post-session pics😆 This is a patient I’ve been working with for about 2 months now. And only today did my brain say “hmm. Let’s take a before and after pic”. His overall affect has shifted for the better since beginning care as well as his movement and flexibility. I always look forward to our visits. Not to mention he always brings me coffee if he has a morning appointment 😉.

At today’s visit we did an adjustment as well as CFT on the neck, abdomen, as well as the lower extremities.

Is it just me or can yall see the difference?? 🤯
