Small group sessions will be on Wednesdays at 6pm and private sessions will be offered on Mondays and Wednesdays at 4:45pm.

Aloft Healing Studios will be at the 2025 Paulding County Out of The Darkness Suicide Prevention Walk on October 18!

The event starts at 1pm and is in Mulberry Rock Park in Dallas, GA. Registration can be done through asap.org/walk or on the day of the walk.

Yoga classes begin NEXT WEEK and we are SO EXCITED! Our meditation and yoga room is officially complete with yoga mats, yoga blocks, stretching straps, a LIVE moss wall, candles (LED), and soothing lights.

✨YOGA OFFERINGS✨
Starting in August, Aloft Healing Studios will be offering in-house yoga classes! Classes can be booked through EventBrite and are $20.

Our yoga space is small (max will be 5-6 per class) so it is important to register ahead of time and plan so we can make sure there is room for you!

Art Therapy Group Alert! 🎨

We are thrilled to be offering a teen art therapy group led by our wonderful registered art therapist, Mickie Pettigrew. This group will focus on using imagery and mixed media to explore emotions, increase self awareness, and support healing through creative expression.

The group will meet in person on Mondays from 6pm to 7:30pm starting August 25th. The cost is $250 for 8 weekly sessions and includes all supplies.
