At Tri-Pharma, that means the team members who answer calls, solve problems, process orders, support customers, keep operations moving, and step up every day to do the work that often goes unseen but never unappreciated.

Employee Appreciation Day gives us the chance to pause and say thank you, but the truth is that our team deserves recognition far beyond just one day.

The work you do matters. It helps products move, supports pharmacies and healthcare providers, and, most importantly, helps support the patients they serve. A lot of that work happens behind the scenes, but its impact is felt every single day.

FDA’s Big Move: The 12-Digit NDC is Coming 💊🏗️
The FDA has finalized a rule to move FDA-assigned National Drug Codes (NDCs) to a single, uniform 12-digit standard. That means the current 10-digit formats will be converted to a consistent 12-digit format.
At Tri-Pharma, we’re tracking the transition so you don’t have to. Swipe through for the quick breakdown:
🔹 The change: Moving from multiple 10-digit variations to one uniform 12-digit format
🔹 The update: Labels will shift by adding leading zeros to the labeler, product, and/or package segments as needed
🔹 The timeline: Prepare systems by March 7, 2033, with a labeling transition period through March 6, 2036
This shift impacts master data, scanning, IT systems, and labeling workflows across the supply chain.
