Hartley Physical Therapy Outpatient Physical Therapy Center At Hartley Physical therapy, we strive for excellence in patient care.

We provide treatment for a wide variety of medical diagnoses' including TMJ, back pain, pelvic floor, pre/post-surgery, neck pain, headaches, SI dysfunction, gait and balance training, and muscle strengthening. We also offer gym memberships to our patients after completing treatment for $20 a month.

I am sad to announce that Friday, July 12, 2013, was our last day. Hartley Physical Therapy has closed for good. We will miss all of you.
I will be starting to search for a job and will let you know where I end up working.
