We are seeking a passionate and motivated Speech Language Pathologist to provide relationship based and neurodiversity affirming therapy in both the outpatient setting and early intervention services through a coaching model in the child’s natural environment (home, early childhood center, community) in Chester County, PA.

M-F position, flexible schedule but must be open at least 1-2 days from 4-7 for outpatient office. We are open to full-time, part-time or independent contractors. Full time includes benefits!

Bloom and Grow is dedicated to serving families, caregivers, infants, and toddlers through relationship-based care that promotes and encourages a child’s development while also embracing their strengths and individual differences. Our main office is located in the heart of Kennett Square, PA.

Something sweet is coming 💕 We’re opening our doors to families with little ones (birth–3) for a FREE Valentine’s Play & Learn morning led by our Early Intervention OT & SLP team. We will focus on early developmental skills, parent connection, and community support—plus coffee and treats! ☕ 🍩 💕

As an SLP with a strong interest across NLA, AAC, feeding, and medically complex care, Audrey is always eager to deepen her knowledge and expand her skill set. She truly embraces learning—seeking out new topics, asking thoughtful questions, and taking on challenges with confidence and care.
