🚨 Action Needed: Protect Access to Therapy Care 🚨

Medicare telehealth for Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy is set to expire on January 30, 2026, and without Congressional action, patients and clinicians could feel the impact immediately.

If this expires:
• Medicare beneficiaries could lose access to therapy services delivered via telehealth
• Clinician reimbursement could be reduced nationwide due to the loss of the 1.0 Work GPCI floor
• Coverage gaps and confusion could return, just as they did during the 2025 shutdown

These policies are critical to access, equity, and sustainability in rehab care. Congress must act now to extend telehealth authority and protect fair reimbursement.

We believe that therapy doesn't need to feel like therapy. After moving from Pennsylvania to Virginia, Ms. Burba began her journey with Powerback Rehab To You. During her OT evaluation, she shared something close to her heart; her love for knitting baby hats for newborns in need and how much she missed giving back to her community.

Our OT helped turn that passion into part of her care. Ms. Burba lovingly knit 10 baby hats, which were donated to a local church supporting young mothers. Along the way, every stitch supported her fine motor skills, cognition, balance, and mobility, but the greatest impact was restoring her sense of purpose and joy.

Rehab To You brings personalized therapy directly to people where they live, making care more accessible, meaningful, and connected to real life. Because the best outcomes happen when therapy supports not just recovery, but the moments, passions, and purpose that matter most. 💙

When James first arrived at Walla Walla Veterans Home , he believed he would need long-term care and never return home. Balance challenges and limited endurance made independence feel out of reach.

Through physical and occupational therapy, James began rebuilding his strength and confidence. As progress grew, so did his motivation, pushing himself beyond scheduled sessions and staying committed to his goals. That dedication paid off. James is now walking without assistive devices, driving again, and living at home.

Today, he often returns to visit the friends he made along the way, encouraging others to believe in their own progress. Proof that with hard work, support, and determination, goals can become reality. 💪

This Christmas, we’re grateful for progress made, strength rediscovered, and hope carried forward. 🎄

Every step taken this year, no matter how small, is a reminder that healing doesn’t stop at today. It carries us into tomorrow with renewed confidence, brighter possibilities, and moments that matter most.
