There is just one spot left in this extended practice that blends the stillness of Yin Yoga with the supportive, hands-on nature of Thai Yoga Stretching.

We’ll move through a traditional yin practice, holding postures for longer periods to gently stress the fascia and connective tissue, encouraging deep release and increased mobility. Woven throughout the class, you’ll receive assisted stretching and hands-on support, allowing the body to soften more fully within each shape. When the body is supported, muscles don’t have to brace — and deeper layers of tension can begin to unwind without force.

The room will be gently warmed to encourage ease in the tissues, helping you settle more comfortably into each posture.

Join YTT graduates Lori Harbison and Brittany McNaney as they teach their very first public class on Sunday, May 17 at 11am!

Their class is called Warm Flow & Let Go; it will be a practice rooted in mindful movement to welcome an unfolding of the body, mind and spirit. Utilizing flow and presence, students will allow breath to be their guide. Class ends with a guided meditation to lead you deeper into a restful savasana. We invite you to fully surrender to what the practice of yoga has to offer.

This class, called Warm Flow into Stillness, is designed to release stress and restore balance from the inside out. You’ll flow through a gentle vinyasa sequence — including standing poses, heart openers, and deep hip releases — before transitioning into a guided Yoga Nidra, one of the most powerful tools for nervous system recovery. Practiced in a warm room (temp80s). Suitable for all levels.

Their Warm Slow Flow class is a chance to slow down and reconnect to self. Moving through a sequence of poses to build strength, release tension, and improve mobility is the perfect wind down after a long week. All levels welcome—come as you are and move at your own pace.

The daily prayer tradition in India is full of chants that can be recited at different times during the day to turn mundane activities into sacred opportunities to connect to various forces and divinities.

In this class, we will study a Sanskrit prayer that is often chanted in the morning as a way to connect to the divine within. Through chanting, word-by-word examination, and a deep understanding of the verse, we will make ourselves available to transformative teachings and learn how to divinize daily life by chanting this prayer each morning.

Class will be fun, accessible, and open to everyone - regardless of chanting or Sanskrit experience.

These three amazing teacher are about to graduate from our 200hr YTT and are co-teaching a class this Sunday!

Join Monica Mason, Heather Whittle and Katy Wolfington for The Jewel of Surrender on Sunday, May 3 at 11am.

Open your heart and mind to surrender. Ishvara Pranidhana, the jewel of surrender, presupposes that there is a divine force at work in our lives. This tenet of Yoga’s ethical practice invites us to surrender our egos, open our hearts and accept the higher purpose of our being.

This class will be in a gently warmed room (mid-80s), and will begin with a slow, mindful warm-up to invite us to be active participants in our lives. As we flow in the present, we will become fluid with each movement in a vigorous vinyasa. In ending we will cool down in the zone and flow of surrender, entering a guided meditation focusing on savasana.

The final class of this series is Saturday!

Deepen your experience and understanding of Yoga on and off the mat through the lens of the pancha kleshas, or five hindrances to Self realization. In this monthly workshop we will look at each of the five klesha’s, one at a time, learning their deep meaning and how they relate to our own everyday lives. We’ll have the opportunity to bring a greater awareness of what may be obscuring the truth of who we are, so that we may live more brightly and more freely as we walk the path of Yoga.

30 min - talk & discussion
60 min - asana (slow flow) & pranayama
30 min - integration & relaxation
