There is just one spot left in this extended practice that blends the stillness of Yin Yoga with the supportive, hands-on nature of Thai Yoga Stretching.
We’ll move through a traditional yin practice, holding postures for longer periods to gently stress the fascia and connective tissue, encouraging deep release and increased mobility. Woven throughout the class, you’ll receive assisted stretching and hands-on support, allowing the body to soften more fully within each shape. When the body is supported, muscles don’t have to brace — and deeper layers of tension can begin to unwind without force.
The room will be gently warmed to encourage ease in the tissues, helping you settle more comfortably into each posture.
