**Motivation Monday! 💪✨**

After a long weekend of fun (and maybe a few too many margaritas 🍹), I didn’t feel like working out. But I had set a goal — to walk with a weighted vest 3-4 times a week. Halfway through, I wanted to quit. But I kept repeating this quote to myself: *“What doesn’t challenge you doesn’t change you.”* 🙌
