Description:
Part Time Maintenance position requirements:
Duties will include:
Lawn care, landscaping, and shrub trimming,
Knowledge of: using mowers, edgers, trimmers, w**d eaters, and other related devices.
Follow instructions per your supervisor.
When not mowing, applicant will be doing these various work items:
Spraying units, replacing filters, replacing batteries in smoke detectors and all other tasks
as assigned. Must be able to follow occupational hazards and safety precautions at work.
Must have the ability to perform maintenance and repairs on vacated units to make ready
for next tenants such as: painting, cleaning appliances, cleaning units, and making necessary repairs to vacated units.
