We have another opportunity to experience the Soundbath Float and slow flow yoga 🕉 This coming Saturday August 17th at 6:30 pm! Sign up is available on the lifted lotus website! Please message me if you have any questions.

Yoga will be situated on the grass and it will consist of some slow concentrated movements with nerve flossing. Stretching the arms, hands legs and feet. Followed by a soundbath float! 12 floats will be available. We have extended the soundbath to the grass if anyone does not want to get in the water♡ looking forward to holding space for you🙏
