I am going to start offering superbills 👏👏

How does this work?

You will pay out of pocket for the full service. 💲

I will write a detailed receipt of services that were provided to you, and give you the superbill 😀

You will then submit the out of network claim to your insurance company to be reimbursed. ✅

It’s that simple!

*Keep in mind you may be required to have a prescription from your Dr. to be reimbursed by your insurance company. Every policy is different so be sure to look into what is covered to receive the reimbursement*

Putting my kids to bed.
My 4 year old is barely awake and says “Mommy in the morning I’m gonna need you to massage my feet”
I tell him ok and ask if anyone else (the babies) would like to book a morning massage 🤣

My oldest says “can I have a full body deep tissue”
I laugh and say I can do a full body but probably not deep tissue.
She says “ughh fine, I do like some pressure though” Girl. You’re 9 🤣

My 8 year old isn’t big on touch so he isn’t really interested but I’m sure he’ll let me know in the morning if he’d like something worked on 🤣

I love that they ask me to massage them and not to be biased or anything but they are definitely my favorite clients 😉

I’m going to be really transparent here.
Before I started school I had never had a massage. I knew nothing about it. I just knew I wanted to do it.

I always thought it was more of a self care, spa day, treat yourself when you can type of thing.

So you can imagine when I actually started learning about all of the benefits how blown my mind was.

These are just SOME of the PHYSICAL benefits of massage. Only the physical portion.
