EmployAbility Services focuses on the strengths and unique abilities of each of our job seekers. We work hard to develop and establish an effective plan of service and support our clients in obtaining and maintaining permanent, integrated employment. We collaborate with local businesses to assess employment needs, and match that with one of our pre-screened qualified clients.

EmployAbility Services is the Adult Services division of Responding to Autism Services. Although we specialize in autism spectrum disorders, we work with ALL individuals with disabilities including: neurological, physical, intellectual, developmental, and more. We pride ourselves on quality service and connecting individual strengths with opportunities for successful employment.
