Today was my day off and it was amazing! Spend time with my herzband. As I tell my clients self care isn’t selfish! I need to practice what I preach and I did that today.

🧡Than got crackalackin with Aaron Ramos from Buxbaum Family Chiropractic & Massage
💚Had a lunch date with my hunny Melisa Rivera at Graze had my sexy-time sandwich and roasted pear salad and had to try their pozole! (Not better than my besties ) but was deelish.
It was a busy, productive and fulfilling day!

I hold all my clients in high esteem. It is not necessary for them to give me anything, but when they decide to share flowers from their gardens, I find it truly heartwarming. Thank you to this client for bringing joy to my day and office.
