A 90-minute hot Bikram Yoga class, designed with beginners in mind 🌿
Rooted in a traditional Hatha Yoga practice—postures are held, stillness is found, and the breath leads the way. Each posture is practiced twice, giving you the chance to return, refine, and go a little deeper.
It can ask a lot of you—and often, that’s where the shift begins ✨
