Now Hiring: Full-Time Office Manager — Medical Weight Management Clinic (Kennewick, WA)
Company Description
Aspire Health Medical Weight Management, PLLC is a medically supervised weight loss management program.
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our growing medical weight management clinic in Kennewick, Washington. This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Position Overview
The Office Manager will oversee daily clinic operations, support staff, streamline workflows, and help maintain a positive and efficient environment for both patients and team members. This role requires excellent leadership and communication, along with the ability to manage a fast-paced medical office.
Requirements
• Previous management experience is required
• Experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to mentor and support administrative and clinical staff
• Professional, reliable, and patient-focused
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee front and back office operations
• Staff scheduling, workflow management, and coordination
• Maintain clinic policies, procedures, and compliance
• Assist with onboarding and training
• Foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture
