🔅We accommodate a variety of needs from Alzheimer’s & dementia, diabetic care, wound care, assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, incontinence care, assistance with transferring and more
🔅Cooking, cleaning & laundry services provided
🔅Lifts on site for residents who are bed bound and need a hoyer lift or a sit-to-stand lift
🔅Coordinate with Columbia River Home Health for PT/OT, wound care & nursing services
🔅Coordinate with hospice for end of life care through Chaplaincy Hospice and
🔅 3 scheduled showers weekly with special attention to skin integrity
🔅Electronic charting system used to track medication passes, vitals, daily chart notes, food log & more
🔅Bubble packed medications delivered monthly on cycle fill through RX Pharmacy LTC
🔅Callbell system for residents to alert staff when they need assistance
🔅Monthly activities calendar offering crafts, puzzles, games, exercises, Holidays & birthday celebrations
🔅Nurse Practitioner available to come on site and be used as their primary Dr
