SERVING BENTON AND FRANKLIN COUNTIES
Since 1964, Lutheran Community Services Northwest has served the Tri-Cities area and Southeast Washington as one of our region's principal providers of youth intensive services and family support. Our dedicated staff use a positive, strength-based approach in working with families to identify their needs and guide how best to help them achieve their goals. We empower families to remain as strong and healthy as possible after they have graduated from our programs. EVERY GIFT MAKES A DIFFERENCE. While Lutheran Community Services Northwest receives funding from government contracts and private grants, we also depend on the generous support of individuals, congregations, businesses, and organizations to meet critical needs in our community.

Did you know LCSNW partners with Richland School District to provide mental health support directly in schools? Our clinicians are embedded at Wiley, Leona Libby, Enterprise, Richland High and Hanford High, helping students access care where they need it most — on campus. Our case manager is available to the entire district to support students and connect them to community resources.
Together, we’re breaking down barriers and building a culture of wellness. 💙

SWIFT isn’t just about crisis stabilization — it’s about building hope.
Families receive care coordination, coping skills training, and access to therapy and medication management. By staying connected to their community, youth can heal without leaving the supportive environment of home. Let’s keep youth safe, supported, and surrounded by care.
