Integrity Health Family Medicine Justin Curbow, ARNP I am a certified Family Nurse Practitioner trained to provide medical care for patients of all ages.

I started Integrity Health Services to reach community members that are having difficulty establishing care with a primary care provider. Our goal is to provide hollistic and compassionate care to each patient that we come into contact with. We will specialize in general wellness examinations and well child visits to ensure optimal health through management of current illness and prevention of future disease.

Hello everyone! My name is Justin Curbow and I am the owner and nurse practitioner of Integrity Health. Starting a family medicine clinic has been a dream of mine since I began working in healthcare. I am now accepting patients that are in need of a family practitioner. We are open to see patients on Fridays from 8:30am-4:30pm.
