It's important to know the early signs of breast cancer, because spotting them early can save lives. Watch for:

- A new lump or thickening in the breast or underarm
- Changes in breast size, shape, or texture
- Ni**le changes or unusual discharge
- Skin dimpling, redness, or scaling
- Pain in any area of the breast

Today is National Prescription Drug Take Back Day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.! Spend some time collecting your unused or expired prescription medications and bring them to a drop off-site. Visit: http://apps.deadiversion.usdoj.gov/pubdispsearch to locate a nearby drop-off site to safely dispose of them. Thank you for supporting the health and safety of the Tri-Cities.

If you’re unable to dispose of unneeded or expired medications today, don’t worry! Every day is Take Back Day!
