Office make over is getting close. Everyone has been working so hard. We’ve had some great contributions of time from others as well. Thank you to everyone who has shown up and said hello. We will be back at it next week!!!! Progress.

After being sick and worthless physically I had to do something. It’s insane how quickly we lose strength. Now when we lose strength we lose the ability to move fluid. When we move less it becomes a viscous cycle. Keep moving. I’ve never heard anyone in the world say… I wish I wasn’t strong… keep it up. Become Do those toilet sits (squats) do those contractor holds (lifting Sheetrock or plywood) play with your kids or grandkids on the floor (bench press) just keep moving.
