We are THRILLED with the reviews that come in from our wonderful patients!! Sometimes there are some that just make our week!! 😍

I became a patient of Dr. Vadala’s a few years ago when she was with a different organization. There she was one of many physicians who did orthopedic work on all parts, all the bones. It felt easy to become lost there, just another face that needs checked in and sent to the correct doctor. When Dr.Vadala opened the Hand Clinic I followed. What you’ll find when you go to an appointment there are a fantastic staff who love their jobs and enjoy the work. From the receptionists to Dr. Vadala, you know that all these people care about you and improving your quality of life. As a former nurse, and an older person, I can feel when I’m surrounded by people who are genuinely passionate about helping you. You’re on a first name basis with everyone, even by nursing staff who aren’t directly involved with your care. Dr. Vadala herself sets the tone for the workplace, her positive energy, her vast knowledge of hand anatomy and physiology (which she freely shares with you and the staff), and her upbeat attitude are what make this office the place for any hand difficulties you might have!! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Vadala and her staff to everyone!!!!!

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Office Coordinator to join our busy practice. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a positive, professional demeanor. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient office environment.

Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist patients with professionalism and courtesy
* Answer phones and schedule appointments.
* Managing incoming referrals and scheduling patients

Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* experience in an office or customer-facing role, preferably in a front office capacity
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

I know all of you love the hand-piece in the lobby of the office made by Julie with Roth Illustration & Design.

We wanted her to make a more custom piece for the Tri-Cities so we had her commission to do something a little closer to home.

✅ Assist orthopedic physician with patient exams, procedures, and treatments.
✅ Prepare patients for exams and procedures, ensuring their comfort and understanding.
✅ Take vital signs, update medical histories, and assist with diagnostic testing.
✅ Prepare and sterilize medical instruments and equipment.
✅ Assist in administrative tasks including scheduling, patient check-ins, and medical record
management.
✅ Educate patients about orthopedic care plans and post-treatment instructions.
✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment.
✅ Knowledge of DME is preferred

Qualifications:
✅ High school diploma or equivalent required.
✅ Certified Medical Assistant Certificate required
✅ Previous experience in an orthopedic or medical setting is a plus.
✅Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
✅ Ability to multi-task and work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
✅ Knowledge of orthopedic terminology and procedures is a bonus.
✅ Anatomy knowledge preferred
✅ Bilingual preferred
✅ CPR certified
