April is Autism Awareness and Acceptance Month.

Awareness helps us learn. Acceptance is what we choose to do with that understanding every day.

At RTAS, that means paying attention to the individual in front of us — their strengths, their goals, how they communicate, what support works best for them, and what meaningful opportunity looks like in their life.

This work is not about asking people to fit into the world as it is. It is about helping build a community, workplaces, and relationships where people are valued as they are.

We are honored to walk alongside the individuals and families we serve, this month and every month. 💙

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying organized, working behind the scenes, and being a welcoming first point of contact for the individuals and families we serve. You’ll play an important part in supporting our staff, maintaining records, and helping ensure everything stays on track.

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work.

Today we’re celebrating an incredible milestone! John is marking 8 years of employment at WinCo Foods in Richland!

When John first started, we had the privilege of supporting him as he began his role at WinCo and as he continued to grow and succeed in the position. Over the years, we’ve watched him become a hardworking, reliable, and valued member of the team.
