As cold and flu season is here, we kindly ask that if you’re feeling sick, please cancel or reschedule your chiropractic or massage appointment.

🤒 Why massage is contraindicated when you’re sick:
• Massage increases circulation, which can spread viruses throughout the body
• Your immune system needs energy to heal—massage can overstress an already taxed system
• Bodywork during illness can lead to increased fatigue, dizziness, or nausea
• Fever, congestion, sore throat, stomach bugs, or active infections may worsen with massage
• It helps protect our therapists and other patients from getting sick

✨ Massage works best when your body is well and ready to receive it.
